Room was fine except the sudden clock alarm at 4am that I couldn't figure out how to shut off. I couldn't even pull the plug easily because of was under the bed. Your could hear the noise from the highway as mentioned in other reviews but it was not so loud that it was disruptive, more of a constant white noise. Bathroom seemed clean until I went to shower and saw hair in the on the wall. The fridge seemed high tech with an on/of button and a quick freeze option so I wasn't positive if it was working when I put leftovers inside. Breakfast in the bistro was good but a little pricy for what it was. I was concerned when I heard the woman mention going next door to Holiday Inn to get bacon since I know those buffets are low quality and I was paying for "farm fresh" . Very friendly guys working there.

Room was large as was bathroom. Bed very comfortable. Towels were so thin I could almost see through them and as rough as sandpaper. Toilet paper was the cheapest quality. Some genius thought the cheapest toilet paper would save money …

Stayed one night. The room was very nice...comfortable and clean. In the morning we purchased a Starbucks coffee in the Lobby...but there is a coffeemaker in the room. They do offer breakfast for purchase. Front desk was very nice. Free parking onsite. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. Very clean place. Rooms are big enough and looked spotless. Halls had a new carpeting I think. It is very quiet too. My windows were facing I-95 but there was no noise whatsoever with the closed windows. …

My husband and I stayed at the COURTYARD MARRIOTT WALTHAM MASS (to attend a Friday night wake and Saturday morning funeral...12/29-12/30). THE HOTEL, STAFF & CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN !!! WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL - Congratulations to the Management of this particular hotel.|

Came here to visit some friends, accommodations were good, breakfast was okay. The young at the front desk, I believe her name was Grace was so helpful. She gave recommendations to restaurants, things to do, and was just so kind. We were very pleased with the experiences we got because of her recommendations. She deserves a raise! Will be back again!

Really great concierge who are responsive. Unfortunately this does not make up for some key areas, mainly that the noise from the highway is so loud, I could hear it with my white noise app blaring. The first night I woke up to a loud backfire if a car and chalked it up as a one off. However, last nights sleep was horrible as well. The hotel should have noise buffering windows. Separately the bath tub was not clean and had someone else’s hair in it when I arrived plus the bath tub drain doesn’t actually seal making it impossible to take a bath. I came here this week on a work trip and will not be staying here the next time I visit. Too much to not sleep.

Mixed feelings here, in between 3 and 4 stars. On one hand, overall decent - good rooms, quiet, so slept well. Decent gym. But a few things that I felt were below usual Marriott level. The breakfast and dinner option is a joke - basically a converted Starbucks. That breakfast is already not included at a Courtyard stay at $235 per night is bad enough, but then having to drop $30 for a moderately size breakfasts is too much. Also wanted to watch specific soccer match, but their TV package showed “sorry, part of new negotiations” for FOX, so has to miss that. When I went downstairs around 9.30pm for something at the bar, I just stood there for easily 10 mins without anyone noticing me. Some hairs in the tub too, although that doesn’t bother me too much.
